The social practices in the society have shaped the idea of wellness in some ways. Perhaps in our topic exercise, the social practices have provided forums to talk about the essential of wellness that has enabled the need for the people to appreciate and accept living while doing exercise. On the other hand the, the notion of the wellness has allowed the society to acknowledge the activities that have promoted the wellness of the people and the society as a whole or perhaps in general (Colberg, Albright, Blissmer, Braun, Chasan-Taber, Fernhall & Sigal, 2010).
The discussion about the exercise and its importance has shaped our idea of wellness. Moreover, having gone through the importance and the benefits of exercise from different sources and different trainers has enabled us to come up with the physical exercise training schemes or timetables (Sharma, Madaan, & Petty, 2006). These situations have made us understand the importance when a person go through a series of exercise especially to the people who health problems like the cases of obesity and heart problems coming as a result insufficient flow of blood within the body. Therefore, the idea of wellness has emanated from the mind of one person to the perception of the society in general.
The emphasis on wellness has sparked a change in the everyday behavior of the members of the community. Due to the increase in the emphasis on wellness that people have heard from time to time to make sure that the society have the message and have understood and this has enabled the people to develop a culture about the same. Keeping the wellness has begun to be the responsibility of the individuals in the society (Laffrey & Isenberg, 2003). The emphasis of exercise has enabled the community to develop various mechanisms for performing the best exercise and when actually to do the act whether during the day or rather how many times a day.
Consequently, the idea of wellness has improved the behavior of people and the society as a whole within the recent times in the field of study. Most of the individuals in the community have sought the best individuals with the right skills about how to perform the best exercise. The people began to handle others and teach them about the importance of exercise and how it can transfer the lives of people and the essence of lives while improving the conditions of people to show the relevance of the lesson learned during the course work. They take the occurrence of such cases like the events of disorder that require the systematic approach to handling (Sharma, Madaan, & Petty, 2006).
The topic about exercise has enabled people to develop some positive and negative thoughts. Some people have got the perception that exercise drains the life of people sand can lead to the loss of weight to some extent that you did not want. However, most of the people have given a positive thought about the importance that they got from doing exercise and the changes that have assisted people to improve the conditions of their health. The new development of technology has also boasted the process of exercise (Laffrey & Isenberg, 2003).
2. The idea of the exercise has existed from time in memorial, and it has existed since the beginning of the world. However, people were not civilized enough to understand the importance of the whole act of doing exercise.
The exercise is perhaps an activity that allows people live health by making sure that the blood of the individual is flowing in the right way and the result is physical fitness. Most of the people who just eat and sleep without doing exercise have developed some lifestyle diseases like obesity and others (Laffrey & Isenberg, 2003). Lack of being fit has made people grow old at a tender age as compared to the people who go for exercise who are probably growing stronger and younger than their ages, especially for the old people.
The target of the experiment or rather the study is the university students. As a result of this fifty students are chosen to take part in the study and to represent the entire population. It has been a trend in most universities globally to find the existence of a gym or a fitness center to enable people who are interested in coming and using the facilities. Perhaps, it is imperative to understand why the students go for the fitness and gymnasium after their lectures. The other additional issue to find out from them is what they get from the activities, and the people have been saying negative staff about the exercise (Sharma, Madaan, & Petty, 2006).
The exercise we are talking about touches the culture that we have discussed above. It relates to the culture through the ways at which the society have understood the importance and effects of the topic and the way they have embraced the situation. On the research, it was found that most of the students go the fitness centers to pass the time and also to develop their muscle and become big on the side of men. And this has enabled people especially the students to go for exercise (Sharma, Madaan, & Petty, 2006).
