Communication process rubric

The Discussion of the Grading Rubric

Communication process rubric

The grading rubrics contain certain guidelines on checking the performance of an assignment on whether the rules given have been followed (Stevens & Levi, 2013). The communication process rubrics represent such kind containing instructions. However, it has some strength like the availability of the wide range of rating options such as not at all, rarely and others hence the person can have a variety of choices to make. Besides that, it has captured most of the main points that are essential for the person to learn in the communication process for evaluation.  On the other hand, It has some limitation or rather weaknesses in that not everyone can use the rubrics due to the personalization of the whole expressions, for example, the constant use of ‘’I’’ and ‘’ my”.

Since it is a useful assessment scheme due to the presence of the various options of valuation to be chosen like sometimes, often and others, personalization and the main point’s consideration, I would use it to evaluate my work for good eligibility of the communication process. However, it may be complicated for the other person to apply and use the rubric due to the personalization effect even though it might sound good as it is to an individual. Therefore, by evaluating others, it will be possible because I will take the ownership of the paper and then follow the evaluation criteria. Moreover, when we look and think about ethics and good morals, it will be wise for another person to evaluate your work for the sake of truth and rationality unless the individual is very much honest and can speak what is right (Stevens  & Levi, 2013).
