Leadership style is a critical issue. People need to take them keenly. Failure to do so will fail the firm. The excerpt shall discuss leadership styles, the summation, competencies, and measures to improve competencies.

Question 1

Some possessed leadership styles include setting up of the clear objectives to ensure that employees in the firm get focused. Avoidance of procrastination is also another style (Nussbaum, 2015). It ensures that all tasks are fulfilled in time without any delay at all.  Faster and quicker response to opportunities is another style. Appreciation of healthy competition where the firm learns from others and come up with innovations improving the entire enterprise. Movement at a fast pace to ensure duties are handled without sluggishness. The quick accomplishment of tasks is upheld so that employees remain focused. The inspiration of the imagination is embraced leading to better innovations. Leadership by objectives motivating employees and aking of critical choices is embraced (Casse, 2014).

Question 2

According to the styles adopted, the assessment accumulates to a total number of twenty-two. From the statics on the table, it is agreeable that the data is correct. It is also perfect. Hence, dependable.

Question 3

The competed self-assessments can help one understand once strength or weaknesses depending on the score. When the score is high, one has a greater sum. However, when one is weaker, then the total sum is lower (Casse, 2014).

Question 4

Several measures to improve competencies include learning from other people. Attending seminars and workshops will also boost the same. Assessing what other people will help as well. Further studies will also help to improve leadership competencies (Kim et al., 2015). 

The excerpt was elaborative. It discussed the styles at length. The summation of the dame was also attained. Measure to improve competency also discussed.
